Mana Wahi reads the photos you upload and public property records, and produces a listing draft and an agent briefing. This page explains what we collect, what happens to it, and how long we keep it.
Photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and are read by our analysis pipeline — including an AI vision model — together with public property records, to produce your report. Photos are used to produce and quality-check your report and to keep records of what was delivered. We do not sell your photos or your clients' photos, and we do not use them to advertise.
Photos are retained with the report they produced so that every claim in a report can be traced back to the photo or record that supports it — that traceability is part of the product. If you want photos for a property removed, email kilo@palirealty.com with the property address and we will delete them.
We run on a small number of infrastructure providers: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (storage and account records), Stripe (payments), GitHub (report processing queue), and AI model providers for photo analysis and drafting. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
You can see your report usage at any time at manawahi.com/account using your email address. To correct or delete your data, or the data of a client whose photos you submitted, email kilo@palirealty.com.
Mana Wahi provides objective property analysis based on photos and public data. We do not make recommendations about neighborhood quality, school districts, or demographic composition, and report copy is checked against Fair Housing language before delivery.
