What Mana Wahi does

Mana Wahi reads the photos and property information you submit together with public records, and delivers a written report: an MLS-ready listing draft and, on paid plans, an agent briefing (target-buyer profile, reading notes, and verify-before-you-publish items). Mana Wahi is a writing and analysis service. It is not a real estate brokerage, does not broker transactions, and does not provide legal, appraisal, or inspection services.

Your submissions

• You confirm you have the right to submit the photos you upload and the authority to use them for marketing the property.
• You confirm the property information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Reports are inferences from photos and public records, and public records can be wrong or out of date. Verify every report against the property before you publish or rely on it — verify-before-you-publish notes are included in the report for this reason.

Plans, payment, and the free report

• Free use is limited per email address as described on the pricing page.
• Per-report purchases entitle you to one report on the property you submitted.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account page.
• Prices are shown before checkout, and checkout names exactly what you are buying.

What you can do with the output

You may use, edit, and publish the narrative copy and the contents of your reports in your real estate business, including in MLS listings and marketing. We may use anonymized, aggregated patterns across reports to improve the service.

No guarantee of acceptance

Reports are checked for Fair Housing language and length, but your MLS, board, or brokerage has final rules and review authority. Mana Wahi does not guarantee MLS acceptance, and does not guarantee outcomes such as days on market.

Refunds and cancellation

If a report fails to deliver or is materially wrong about the property, contact kilo@palirealty.com and we will make it right, including by refund. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Wahi's liability arising from any report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions.
